Which one to use
- Registration and login problems. Use the helpdesk number or the helpdesk email. These cover the OTR, Aadhaar linking and uploads.
- Application problems during the window. Call the helpdesk during working hours, early in the window, and do not wait for the final evening.
- Complaints about the process. Use the grievance email rather than the helpdesk.
Before you call or write
Keep these ready so the query can be answered quickly:
- Your OTR user ID and the name as entered
- The notification number and the post or exam, for example Notification No. 11/2026
- A short description of the problem, with the exact wording of any error
- Screenshots, if you are writing by email
A warning about look-alike sites
Apply and register only through the official portal, www.tnpscexams.in, and read notices on tnpsc.gov.in. Do not give your OTR details to anyone who offers to "complete the application for you".
The fee, photo specs and dates are covered in other answers: photo and signature size and editing your application. The whole process is in the OTR and how to apply guide.
